Everything you need to know about cancelling your loan
Loan cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours from the time of disbursement. Requests raised after 24 hours cannot be processed.
You must send an email to support@ltcv.credit with your loan details and request for cancellation.
Yes. You will be required to transfer the entire loan amount disbursed plus any applicable charges (if any) to the account details shared by our support team.
The repayment must be completed within 8 working hours from the time our team shares the repayment account details with you.
If the full repayment (including charges, if applicable) is not made within 8 working hours, the cancellation request will lapse and your loan will continue as per the agreed terms.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be shared with you at the time of repayment instructions.
Once we receive the full repayment in our account, you will get a confirmation email from our support team stating that your loan has been cancelled.
